5-foot-7, 168-pound outfielder with good overall actions. At the plate starts balanced, hands even, very quiet, clean load, small leg kick forward, drives through the ball, pops up on his swing a little, 78 mph exit velocity but has more in the tank and with better use of his lower half he has chance to generate some serious bat speed. In the field has good, clean actions, moves well to the ball, throws from over-the-top arm slot at 75 mph. Costa has another year of high school to build on his stocky build, and with some polish he should have a solid summer at the plate.
