Senior and 2016 grad Toms has physicality and strength standing 6-foot-2 195-pounds. Two-way player but primary a right-hander off the bump, gives you a high ¾ arm slot with a fastball sitting in the high 70’s, a slow 11/5 shaped curveball at 60-61 mph and a straight changeup at 69-71 mph. Refining his mechanics will help him with direction and consistent release points, ultimately gaining a few mph and throwing down in the zone more consistently. Left hand hitter who predominantly pulls baseballs, also has lift in swing rather than being explosive through the zone

6-foot-2, 185-pound well-proportioned frame with chance for some physicality. Arm path is down with some length after separation, works from ¾ arm slot with some head movement at times causing to get on side of ball. Finishes flat and online. Fastball worked between 75-78 mph, tendency to be up in zone but has height and levers to work downhill. Curveball thrown for strikes with some good downward spin with 11/5 shape, 60-61 mph. Maintained arm speed and action on change, showed some cut action at 68-71 mph.
