Projectable body with long arms and fingers. Loose arm action with arm speed and quickness. Repeatable delivery, minimal effort as he stays online and controlled. Has that whip you like to see from pitchers. Fastball comes out hand easy, gets on hitters quick. Room to mature physically, lot more in Garner, velo will come,currently topped out at 84 mph with fastball. Shows feel for off-speed. Slider produces swings and misses, changeup shows signs of being quality pitch. Reps and innings will make biggest difference, seems to continue to get better and improve every time out.
