Starrett is listed at 5-foot-11, 188-pounds with room to add size and gains for the left-handed hitter with one of the better arms and releases in his 2018 class. Starrett is an athletic player who receives well with a quick and accurate release. Arm strength is there with proper footwork, hands work well and can tell his takes pride in his defense. Offensively, still work to do at the plate, contact guy with gap power, can get stiff and locked up at times but see’s ball well out the hand, looseness to work with in swing that should continue to develop.
