5-foot-10, 160-pound lefty with small frame, plenty of room for additional strength gains. Arm action is long and loose, delivery is clean, lands flat and online. Fastball was 78-80 mph, used a two and four seam with some deceptiveness. Ability to locate down and to both sides. Curveball is best pitch, showed good depth and rotation, 1/7 break to it. Changeup had feel, threw for strikes, kept arm speed. Polished lefty who will get better with strength gains, chance for quality three-pitch arsenal.
Med. frame with room to add strength. Arm is clean and loose, works well. Repeats delivery and is on-time throughout. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot which adds arm side run to his fastball. Changeup has some fade to it when thrown on top, maintains arm speed. Curveball is best pitch right now. Good downward action, proper spin, could be potential put out pitch. Easy to envision Taylor adding velocity as he physically matures. Quality follow.
