Barnett, now 6-foot, 168-pounds continues to increase his numbers, and went up 5 mph in exit velocity to 85. The middle infielder who also plays third has confident hands to go along with good action's defensively. will cut himself on throws at times with his front side but arm works and should see an increase as he matures. At the plate, starts slightly open with medium leg kick, created rhythm and timing with gap power and good path to contact. Sprays the ball and shows feel to hit. With room to add size and strength, that should go hand and hand with Barnett's actions and feel on both sides of the ball.

Listed at 6-foot, 160-pounds, Barnett has an athletic body, at the plate displays some bat speed, clocked at an 80 mph exit velocity, good line-drive swing. In the field has loose hands and good footwork, tends to sit back on the ball, registered at 76 mph from shortstop, has more in the tank.

6-foot, 160-pound 2018 grad. Strong defensively with good footwork and soft hands. 68 mph across the diamond with effort. Has some bat speed with an exit velocity of 80 mph with loose hands. Home to first time of 4.85 seconds. Needs to gain strength but has the frame and body to add good weight and size.

Athletic infielder who moves well at 5-foot-11, 155-pounds with room to add size to his projectable frame. Offensively, starts slightly open, loads up on back side and at times can get underneath the ball. More effective when he stays on top of the ball. Hands show some looseness at the plate with some bat speed at 79 mph exit velocity. In the infield, Barnett has good first step, hands show softness and can make the play well to his left. Arm has more in there, works from low-3/4 arm slot and at times would get underneath the ball. Has range and footwork to stay up the middle. Athletic 2018 player.

Young 5-foot-11, 155-pound with athletic frame and chance to add strength. Offensively, ran a 5.03 from home to first and a 5.59 in his 40-yard dash. At the plate, Barnett starts upright and slightly open. Hands are back and up, small leg kick to stride, hands get loaded and ready to fire. Best swings were when he didn’t try and do too much. Loads up on back leg and can get across body at times with landing foot. Showed he can get barrel through zone, some quickness with hands are there. Exit velocity was 78 mph. Defensively, looked more con=comfortable moving to his left. Had some bounce in his lower half. Average hands with some feel. Arm was a low-¾ across diamond and at times would work uphill. Footwork on his release will help with consistency and accuracy. Was clocked at 71 mph across the diamond. 2018 grad with some athleticism to his game.
