Uncommitted senior with solid actions and athleticism to his game. Ran a 7.34 with regular effort on a slow track. One of the better hitting rounds of the day. Swing was compact with strength and quickness in his hands, gap to gap, ball came off bat clean with hard contact. Rhythm at the plate with body and hands, more power to pull side, was able to keep hands inside and spray line drives, exit velocity was 82 mph. Defensively, moves well side to side, athletic movements, energy and body control with loose arm that was quick. Was 77 mph across the diamond, see more in Mckeon and can improve on that number. A 2017 grad that projects well and is far from where he is going to be as a ball player.

2017 grad listed at 6-foot, 160-pounds with lean frame and room to add size and strength. Ran a 7.20 with regular effort in the 60-yard dash. At the plate, McKeon hit from a crouched position with rock to load on his backside. Uses a small toe turn to stride while hands work to stay inside ball, stays balanced and centered,  lined rive swing with some bat speed and exit velocity of 78 mph. Defensively, worked out both in the outfield and infield. Approached ball well in the outfield, arm action was smooth and ball had accuracy and carry out the hand. Infield was 75 mph across the diamond, fielded balls cleanly and was online with throws. 2017 grad with some tools to work with.
