On the mound the southpaw has a smooth, low effort delivery. Works exclusively from the stretch. A tall and fall type of guy. Arm action is clean with developing arm speed. Look for velocity to increase as he matures physically. Currently sits 70-74 mph with the fastball that showed arm side run at times. Showed feel for both his secondary offerings, using them both equally. Breaking ball has a 1/7 shape to it at 63-66 mph. The pitch showed some depth with gradual break. Maintains fastball arm speed on his 68-70 mph changeup. The pitch has a fastball look to it out of the hands with more run than the fastball. An interesting arm to follow. If velo jumps as expected he could be a nice under the radar prospect for the right program.

On the mound he shows good direction to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Smooth rhythm in his delivery with regular effort. Throws from a high ¾ slot with the fastball sitting 65-68 mph. Curveball sat 57-58 mph with gradual 12/6 break. Changeup sat 54-55 mph.

6-foot, 160-pound athletic, projectable frame. On the mound the southpaw had good rhythm and direction to his low effort delivery. Uses short, loose arm action from a high-3/4 slot with his fastball sitting 65-69 mph. As he matures any added strength/size should translate to added velocity with his fluid delivery and clean arm action. His best offspeed pitch was his sinking, 60-62 mph changeup that he was able to keep down in the zone. Also flashed a 55-57 mph curveball with gradual break and a 1/7 shape.
