A righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a short stride for timing while keeping his hands rhythmic. Path is mostly level with solid whip through contact. Has some untapped juice in there when he learns to use his lower half more efficiently. A line drive type guy at this stage who was at his best when he worked the middle of the field. A very good athlete for the first base position. Showed feel for his footwork around the bag on his double play balls. Glove is an above average tool ffor the position.

At the plate he starts balanced with his bat in a vertical position. Hands stay loose and fluid during his short stride forward. Barrel has some whip to is as it gets through the zone on a mostly level path. Would like to see barrel flow to the middle of the field to increase margin of error in timing. A contact guy at this stage. Defensively, he brings above average athleticism to the first base position. Footwork is smooth and glove skills are there. Solid defender.

A 6-foot-2, 170-pound projectable, athletic frame. Ran a 4.5 from home to first. At the plate he starts in a balance setup prior to his aggressive stride forward. Hands move back prior to taking a downhill path to the ball. Ambush style hitter that would benefit from a more efficient load prior to his stride. Has some untapped juice in there. Bat has quickness to it and he reached a top exit velocity of 76 mph. In the infield he gets off the bag well and remains athletic throughout his fielding sequence. Glove skills are there. Threw across the infield with 61 mph arm strength.
