6/20/17 A two-way prospect in the 2019 class. A right-handed hitter that starts in a taller setup. Initiates load through a double tap with his lower half. Hands move rhythmically back to launch. Path is level with solid strength through contact. Bat speed is developing. Showed gap to gap pop with the ability to create back spin to his pull side. At third base he uses quick footwork approaching the baseball. Fields the ball in the middle of his body before funnelling into stomach. Glove skills are above average and he plays with confidence. Moves well outside his funnel. On the mound the right-hander has a slower pace tempo to his low effort delivery. Uses an easy leg lift and creates solid energy with his lower half. Arm action is clean with developing arm speed. Works through a high-¾ slot with his fastball sitting 74-77 mph. The pitch showed run at times. Spins a tight, 11/5 shaped breaking ball. Looked very comfortable with the offering that came in the zone at 62-65 mph. Also flashed a changeup that had similar run to his fastball at 68-69 mph. Displayed impressive pitchability, throwing all of his offerings with confidence and consistently in the zone. Home to First: 4.77 Infield Velocity: 74 Exit Velocity: 86
