A contact guy at the plate from the right-side. Takes his hands to launch during his stride forward. Gets a bit disconnected during loading sequence. Path is level and swing is compact. Consistently found the barrel in batting practice, and did a nice job working to the middle of the field. In the infield he uses quick, direct footwork getting to the baseball. Tends to field from heels on plays in his funnel. Has a very quick first step when working to forehand or backhand side. Arm strength is still developing.
