Quick feet with clean transfer and throws form a short, high-3/4 slot with pop times ranging 2.07-2.15 and 74 mph arm strength. On the mound he has a slow tempo delivery with a easy lift and good direction at foot strike. Throws from a high-3/4 slot with fastball sitting 80-81 mph with command. Spins a breaking ball with late break and 11/5 tilt at 71-73 mph and showcased a changeup with good arm speed and fade at 73-75 mph.

Barrel gets in and out of the zone with 81 mph top exit velocity and was 4.88 home to first. Behind the plate he starts with a wide base and soft hands. Shows good footwork to get his feet in line and a clean exchange. Throws from a short, high-3/4 slot with pop times of 2.11-2.27 and 74 mph arm strength. On the mound he has a slow tempo delivery and is closed at foot strike which cause him to throw across his body. Throws from a short, high-3/4 slot with fastball sitting 79-82 mph with some sink to it. His breaking ball has good depth with 11/5 tilt at 67-70 mph. Uses a split as his changeup at 73-75 mph with some cut to it.
