6-foot, 175-pound prospect. Defensively, his hands work well and ability to make adjustment with the bad hop. Needs to continue improving footwork. Tendency to play from his heels. Short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Top velocity of 62 mph. Accurate throws. At the plate, he starts in an athletic, closed stance. Long stride. Overall aggressive swing. Doesn’t get cheated. Hands start above his shoulders and close to the body. Pull tendencies in his swing with some pop. On the mound, he throws from high ¾ slot. Regular effort to his delivery. Tendency to open up his lower half early, which creates some directional/balance issues. Fastball sat 73-75 mph. Breaking ball has good 2-plane action with 12/6 break at 60-62 mph. Also threw a good 69-70 mph changeup thrown with good arm action. Located it for strikes with good arm side sink.
