Good strong, solid 6-foot-2, 200-pound durable pitcher’s frame. Right-hander has control of three pitches. His delivery requires some effort. He uses average armspeed through a ¾ slot. His fastball has some natural tailing movement at 82-86 mph. His go-to off speed pitch is a sinker with good downward break and deception at 72-74 mph. He also threw a tight slider at 74-75 that broke downward and across the plate.
1/19/14
6-foot-2, 210 pounds with a big solid frame. Cromley is deceptive on the mound as he uses an orthodox pitching style. Throws through a high 3/4 arm slot with long and somewhat loose arm action. Some rhythm throughout delivery. Displayed good command of his 80-83 mph fastball that shows slight running action. Worked in a hard 72 mph slider which displayed some sharpness. His 67-68 mph sinker could potentially be his best as it offers some late diving action. Best thing about his delivery is he is able to hide the ball making it hard for the batter to pick up out of his hand.
7/29/13
6-foot-2, 200-pound right-handed pitcher. Threw through high ¾ to over the top arm slot with some quickness and long arm action. Regular effort to his delivery. Fastball sat 80-81 mph on this occasion. Command will improve with more consistency on the front side. Breaking ball showed gradual 12/6 action at 70 mph. Changeup sat at 66 mph.

6-foot-2, 200-pound right-handed pitcher with solid frame. Throws through high 3/4 to over the top arm slot with above average arm speed. Shows some effort to his delivery. Use big leg kick in his delivery that adds a bit of deception. Fastball has shown a jump since the winter. Now sitting 81-82 mph with straight action throwing down hill. Breaking ball sat at 69-71 mph with sharp, 12/6 action. Showed good command of the pitch. Also uses a 69-71 mph sinker with some downward action.
2/24/13
6-foot-2, 200-pound first baseman with big, solid frame. Uses short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Quick, clean transfer with accurate 75 mph throws. Moves well around the bag. At the plate, the right-handed hitter starts with a wide, slightly open stance. Uses a short stride with good use of his lower half. Displays an inside/out swing. Shows some quickness in his hands. 81 mph exit velocity off the tee. On the mound, the big righty uses a big leg lick. His fastball sits 77-80 mph with straight action while his slider sits at 70-71 mph with some spin to it. He also showed a sinker at 66-67 mph.
