6’5, 190-pound prospect. At the plate, the right-handed hitting prospect generates lower half energy through a small leg lift. Hands move back prior to getting the bat through the zone on mostly level path. Bat has noticeable whip through the zone. Barrel gets through contact well. A gap to gap guy who should grow into some power as he fills out his projectable frame. On the mound, the right-handed pitching prospect offers a tall, athletic frame. The prospect has a very projectable body, with solid arm action. Shows a smooth, rhythmic wind-up with a high leg kick delivery. High effort pitcher who gets the most out of his body. Fluid arm action with a low back hip drive into the delivery. Fastball Stays true through the plate with solid zip. Fastball is located well and likes to work low and on the corners. Breaking ball shows developing 12/6 action, and compliments the fastball well. Works best when he crosses over a curveball to get ahead in the count, then works back with his strikeout fastball pitch.
