6-foot, 175-pound athletic body frame. Outfielder takes short, choppy stops on his approach to ground balls. He fields the ball out front, glove side near his left foot. He throws using a clean arm action with quick arm speed through an upper ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 80 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter starts from a balanced stance. He uses a leg kick for added power in which he tends to land a little hard on the front foot at times. He also uses a fluid hands back load. He swings with a level bat path through the zone and finishes with a two-handed follow through. He reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.
2/16/15
6-foot, 170-pound athletic frame. From the outfield he has good footwork approaching ground balls transitioning into a crow hop. He uses a clean arm action coming through a high-¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 83 mph on his throws. Right-handed hitter that really projects as a hitter. Stands tall with leg kick to load with a short, compact swing. Shows some strength in his swing and top exit velocity of 86 mph. Ran a 6.84-60 which makes him a top prospect.
6/16/14
5-foot-11, 160-pound young, thin build with room for added strength. From the outfield he throws from a shorter arm action coming from a high ¾ to over the top arm slot producing a top velocity of 77 mph. Can be more aggressive to the ball as he has a tendency to take slow routes to ground balls. Right-handed hitter, starts with a balanced set up, uses a weight shift to back leg and also a short leg kick for power, doesn’t show much of a trigger with his hands that produced a top exit velocity of 78 mph. Shows descent pop in his bat for his size. Ran a 4.40 from home to first base.
