Hit:Lefty bat with a simple, smooth stroke. Level path with quick hands and developing strength. Showed feel for contact and stays inside the baseball well. Line drives up the middle to oppo gap. Power:Line drive pop. Offensive Projection:Top of the lineup. Field:Left side of the infield type. Rangy defender with fluidity to feet and serviceable ball skills. Throw:Developing strength. Defensive Projection:Left side of infield.
2/17/20
2/17/20 Pitching Delivery Notes: Fluid up-tempo delivery with a high leg kick. Shows good weight shift and separation. Works down-hill with a whippy arm action. Fastball: Displays two-seam arm side run. 79mph. Curveball: 11/5 break with some bite. Has potential. Needs to get over the top of the ball more. 60mph. Changeup: Shows arm side fade while living low in the zone. 69-73mph.
1.21.18 A two-way prospect. On the bump he offers a fluid, lower effort delivery. Mechanically efficient in general with cleaner arm action. Expect easy gains in velocity as physical maturation takes its course. Fastball comes through a high-¾ slot, sitting 65-68 mph. Spins a sharp breaking ball that moves on an 11/5 plane at 59-60 mph. Also showed a playable changeup to complete his repertoire. Both secondary offerings projects as above average pitches. A strike thrower that should continue to get better. In the infield he plays low and under control to the baseball. Does a nice job maintaining rhythm throughout fielding sequence. Hands are soft and glove is reliable. Arm strength will likely decide which side of the field he ends up on as he has the hands to stay in the middle. At the plate he swings it from the left side. Uses a double tap for timing/energy. Hands are smooth and accelerate the barrel through the zone on a mostly level plane. Just like on the mound he shows very fluid, efficient actions in the box. A line drive guy now with much more to come. Definite prospect to follow as he adds strength. 60-Yard Dash: 8.38 Infield Velocity: 61 Exit Velocity: 67
