6/8/15 6-foot-2, 180-pound thin, projectable body frame. From the crouch he tends to stand up too soon and can benefit by staying low through his throws to second base. He has a good, quicker release and had pop times between 2.05-2.20 reaching a top velocity of 76 mph on his throws to second base. From first-base he moves well around the bag with athletic footwork, and moves well laterally off the bag. He throws using a clean, short arm action reaching a top velocity of 80 mph. Right-handed hitter starts from a balanced stance, using a slight weight shift towards his back leg accompanied with a toe-tap back that he uses as a timing mechanism. He has a fluid hands back load and flat bat path through the zone finishing with one hand. In one of his game plate appearances, he tripled to right-center field squaring the ball up. He reached a top exit velocity of 84 mph on his swing and ran an improved 7.17 60-yard dash.
11/2/14 6-foot-2, 175-pound projectable build. From behind the dish he slings the ball from a short-¾ slot with pop times between 2.12-2.18 and 73 mph arm strength. If he can clean up his direction his accuracy will improve. From first base he shows really good range and throw from a high-¾ slot with 80 mph arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that is spread out for balance and does not stride. Shows some power from a flat bat path and top exit velocity of 87 mph. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash.
6/16/14 6-foot-2, 175-pound good athletic frame, with still some room to add for strength. From the catcher’s position he showed some arm strength using a short quick arm to generate a top velocity of 74 mph from the crouch. Footwork could use a little cleaning up, and he could get his front shoulder turned closed more to help improve his pop times of 2.00-2.09. From the outfield he shows descent footwork, but could improve by creating more of a crow hop before he throws. He throws from a ¾ slot showing some arm strength, reaching a top velocity of 82 mph. Right-handed hitter starts with weight slightly more on back leg, uses a slight weight transfer with lower half to produce power along with a leg kick. He uses his lower half well, but stride does tend to get long at times. Hands back trigger gets to arm bar most of the time. Reached a top exit velocity of 76 mph. He ran a 4.68 to first base. Shows power, during two game at bats he squared up a double hitting the left field wall, and then squared up a triple to right-center field.
