6/08/15

6-foot, 165-pound athletic build. He has really progressed from last year on the mound. Has a compact delivery with minimal effort and a pretty clean arm. From a long, high-3/4 slot his fastball sits 84-87 mph with good life to it. Shows two different breaking balls. He is able to throw his curveball for a strike, which has good depth and 11/5 tilt at 70-71 mph. His slider gets some swing and miss at 73-75 mph with late break to it.

8/10/14

5-foot-11, 155 pound athletic build. On the mound the righty has a simple delivery and solid direction. Throws from a short ¾ slot with fastball sitting 84-86 mph. He falls off a bit on his breaking ball sitting 67-68 with a 11 to 5 break. Throws a hard slider that has tight spin and late break at 70-71 mph.

6/06/14

5-foot-11, 148-pound thin body frame with lots of room to fill. Infielder shows some softness to hands, fields ball bringing it up to stomach with a tendency to let the ball creep in on him just a little bit too much. Uses a clean ¾ arm slot, would like to see him quicken his throws to first base, shows some descent arm strength with top velocity of 79 mph. Left-handed hitter starts with a wider, balanced set up, uses an inward turn with front foot, good, short hands back trigger. Has an upward bat path to the ball showing doubles type power, squaring up a double to right-center field during a game at bat. He reached a top exit velocity of 76 mph. Ran a 4.77 down to first base.
