A right-handed hitter that starts in a tall setup. Uses a toe tap to get things going while keeping hands simple. Strength stands out at the plate as his top tool. Path is uphill and he generates gap to gap pop. Middle of the lineup bat. In Game 1 he has multiple hits and drove a run in. A first baseman that plays under control off the bag. Brings above average athleticism to the spot. Looked comfortable around the bag and possesses solid glove skills.

A right-handed hitter that stars in a balanced setup. Hands remain simple during his toe turn load. An aggressive bat that swings with intent. Path has some natural loft to it. Stronger than he is fast through the zone. Ball comes off well, showing the ability to used both fields. At first base he looks comfortable and has fluidity to actions. A reliable defender who can make the routine play and keep glove skills outside of his funnel. On the hill he has a slower paced tempo to a delivery that doesn't require a ton of effort. Works through a near high-3/4 slot with his fastball sitting 70-72 mph. Offers two different breaking balls. his 11/5 shaped curveball has big, gradual break as it crosses the zone at 59-60 mph. Slider has sharper action to it as it darts through the zone at 64-65 mph. Showed feel for both secondary pitches.
