6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and pitcher. On the mound, the fastball has arm side run to it, sitting at 81 mph. The spin pitch is slider, touched 77 mph and is already an out pitch at the next level. The changeup is in play sits in the low 70’s. The delivery is online, the slot is slightly above ¾. Uses a methodical leg lift and does an admirable job of tracking the front shoulder. The feet are online. The arm works well and there is more velocity to come for this guy. Under 1.0 to the plate in the stretch. Positionally, ran a 4.6 down the line on his dig to first base. The frame projects and he moves athletically. Defensively, the glove is solid and he has the ability to move at third. Cleaning up the prep steps (smoothing them out) will aid his game immensely. Threw 77 mph across the diamond with accuracy. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 86 mph, as the hands are quick. The set up is wide with the feet, uses a small pick up and put down to the ball and contact. The path is long and strong, should hit for power as he matures.

Tee Exit Velocity- 82 mph
INF Velocity- 77 mph
Athletic/physical 6-foot-2, 205-pound RHP/3B that ran a 4.69 home-to-1B. Offensively - Loose swing, with level, on-plain approach to and through the zone. Gap power potential with exit velocity of 85 MPH; engagement with lower half will only add to power. Defensively - Sits in a deep fielding postion, occasionally with hands under the body, makes clean transfer from glove to throwing hand and a position velocity of 70 MPH. Pitching - Uses height for downward plane on max fastball at 84 MPH; pitching at 79-82. Works in a slurve/slider at 73-74 MPH to keep batters off balance, induced weak contact. Arm action is long from a 3/4 slot with some late life. Frame will support additional and sustained velocity.
