Stands at 5-foot-11, 185-pounds with a strong, thick type of body. Has decent footwork and range at position, hands and glove work well together, has a quick transfer upon receiving the ball, has a clean-loose arm with great carry and strength to target. Begins with a relaxed and balanced setup, has a simple load and short stride to the pitch, keeps bat on a level plane and hands are long in the hitting zone for consistent contact.

Ellsworth stands a sturdy 5-foot-11, 185-pounds with a solid base. Hands start in front of his face, some movement. On the pitch he loads back, weight shifts, short stride, short path, fairly level bat plane, short extension, shoulder height finish. 80 mph exit velocity. From 3B he charges the ball hard, open glove, quick transfer. Throws from an over-the-top-slot, recoils after release, upright.
Ellsworth stands a solid 5-foot-11, 185-pounds. At first base he gets off the bag well, fields out in front of his body, turns the right way, lines his body up to his target, clean exchange, short arm action, throws from a mid-3/4 slot with infield arm strength at 78 mph. He also showed versatility playing 3B showing the ability to make plays, instinct type of player. At the plate his setup is upright. On the pitch he uses a back load, short stride, powers his hands to the ball (80 mph exit velocity) long path, uphill bat plane, long extension out in front, high finish. He ran a 4.43 home to first time, pro agility time was 4.5.
Thomas stands 5-foot-10, 200-pounds with a solid build. On the mound he uses a fast delivery, almost too fast and needs to slow down so his arm can catch up with his body. Long arm action, tilted wrist on release, throws from a mid-3/4 slot with a fastball sitting 73-76 mph with arm side run. Curveball shows side spin at 64 mph, some side action, early hump. Needs to get his hand more out in front on release. This offseason needs to be dedicated to slowing down his mechanics and arm strength.
