Biggiani is an athletic 6-foot-1 180-pound 2B. Stance is wide, uses a small leg kick to start load. Hands stay stagnant. Slight arm bar on some swings. Able to get hips through to generate some pop. Ran a 7.1 60, exit velo of 76.
Defensively - Projects as a 2B. Gets choppy occasionally in approach to ground balls. Arm action can be stabby at times. Throws primarily from a high-3/4 slot. Throws have some arm side run. Thew 72 across the diamond.
9/20/15 -- Biggiani is a 6-foot-1, 170 pound 2B prospect. He is a right-handed hitter with a normal, balanced base and high elbow start. He uses a small leg kick and transfers his weight well. He shows good swing plane and hits balls fairly hard when he doesn't drop his hands. He's athletic defensively; stays low through the ball. He gets a bit choppy right before catching the ball (feet seem to freeze). He has a fluid release from a low arm slot and throws with accuracy.
