6-foot, 185-pound right-handed hitting first baseman, coming off an arm injury. Threw 68 mph across the diamond at first but just getting his arm strength back. The glove is solid and the movements around the bag are appropriate. Ran a 4.46 down the line on his dig to first base, as he is a good athlete. At the plate, tee exit velocity of 91 mph as the strength in the swing is legit. Starts with his feet wide, front foot open to close as the ball approaches. The back elbow is high and the bat is whipped through the zone to contact. The path is tick long but when it gets there it is strong at contact. I like the bat.
Tee Exit Velocity- 91 mph
INF Velocity- 68 mph

Only took batting practice, as he had a shoulder injury at the event. Ran a 4.88 down the line on his dig to first base. The bat has plus life to it, tee exit velocity of 88 mph. The set up even footed, and he has a leg lift as the ball approaches the plate. The hands have plus life in them, as he is strong and gets the barrel to zone very quickly. Keep an eye on this guys bat.

At the plate, showed extremely well for me. Squared up baseballs during his at bats during the game and showed good life in the bat during batting practice. Tee exit velocity of 91 mph. Hits out of a even stance and low hands. Slight lift in the path as he is long and strong to the ball. The bat is flat through the zone. The bottom half has a little too much action for me, as he see better pitching, he is going to want to calm that down. Ran a 4.67 down the line on his dig to first. The glove is solid and the arm path/strength need work. Threw 66 mph across the diamond. Like the bat a bunch, maybe a positional switch down the line, as the bat will find him in many lineups.
