Pyle has an athletic build and projectable frame with room to grow. Pyle works at quick tempo, hides the ball well in his delivery, controlled leg lift, in line direction with stride, accelerates down the mound, quick arm action, low three-quarter release, showed the ability to throw three pitches for strikes. Fastball sits 81-83 mph, tops at 84 mph, arm side run, good command of arm side of the plate, changeup is 71-73 mph, near fastball arm speed, arm side run and occasional sink, curveball is 70-72 mph, 10-to-4 shape, sharp action, fastball arm speed.

2/17/17 - Pyle is a 5-foot-8 160-pound right-handed hitting shortstop and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 4.83 home to first and has an 81 mph exit velo. At the plate, starts open, smooth load, high hands, hands creat bat whip through the zone, swing produced middle to opposite side line drives during hitting evaluations.  On the infield, 72 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, quick to the ball with feet, fluid exchange, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Pyle has a deceptive tempo to delivery, hides the ball well, throws with some effort, works in line down the mound, fastball at 75-78 mph, 12-to-6 action on breaking ball, downward action, 60-62 mph, change up at 66-70 mph, some with slight fade.
