1/31/15 - O’Neal is a 6-foot-1 220-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2018 class.   He ran a 7.97 60 and has an exit velo of 89 mph, one of the best for the event. At the plate, balanced set up, minimal smooth load, attacks ball, leg kick, loose hands, level through hitting zone, gap-to-gap approach, power to middle of field.  Behind the plate, 2.09 to 2.22 pop times, some of best times for the event, 74 mph positional velo, quick catch and throw, aggressive, momentum towards second, quick feet, accurate throws.

6/16/15 - O’Neal is a 6-foot-1 205-pound right-handed hitting catcher in the 2018 class.  He ran a 7.75 60 with an 89 mph exit velo.  During batting practice, O’Neal showed a simple and repeatable swing.  Small load with early to touch, quick/loose hands, level through contact, middle to pull side.  On the infield, 74 mph positional velo at 1B, high-three quarters release, mostly accurate throws, gets momentum towards target with fluid footwork, clean exchange. Behind the plate, has a 71 mph positional velo, pop times between 2.16 and 2.37, mostly accurate throws, clean exchange, over-the-top release, momentum through the catch.
