7/19/15 - Grant is a 5-foot-7 155-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2017 class.  He ran a 7.06 60 and has an 81 mph exit velo.  At the plate, open stance, sits in back leg to load, level bat path, pull side line drives, loose hands.  In the outfield, 75 mph positional velo, over the top release, moves well to the ball, quick catch and throw, feet in sync with hands and exchange, somewhat accurate throws. Grant has a controlled delivery with a high three quarters release, creates direction towards the plate, athletic finish, fastball at 70-74 mph, slight run, 1-to-7 shaped breaking ball, 55-60 mph, change up at 55-59 mph, downward action.

Grant posted a 78 mph exit velo and ran a 7.09 60.  He gets down the line in 4.64-seconds.  Starts in wide base, no stride, loads in lower half, loose and free hands with level path, middle to pull approach.  In the outfield, 71 mph positional velo, high-three-quarters release, footwork allows him to get behind the ball, clean exchange, quick release. Grant has a drop and drive type delivery, over the top release, throw with regular effort, showing command of his fastball at 65-71, using both sides of the plate, curveball at 50-53 mph, 1-to-7 action, change up at 55 mph.
