8/9/15 - Abdon is a 6-foot 165-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, in the 2016 class.  Abdon ran a 7.54 60 and had an exit velo of 78 mph. Open stance, short stride, level path through zone, consistent solid contact to pull side during batting practice, singled during game action.  On the infield, 76 mph positional velo, loose high three-quarters release, athletic actions, accurate throws.

8/5/15 - Abdon is a 6-foot 165-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder in Missouri’s 2016 class.  He had an exit velo of 84 mph. Starts in an open stance, loads with leg kick, short to contact, level to extension, gap-to-gap approach. Singled in game action, showed good instinct on bases.  On the infield, long high three-quarters, 78 mph throw across diamond, clean exchange, feet and hands in sync, accurate throws.

6/9/15 - Abdon is a 6-foot 173-pound right-handed hitting 2B/SS.  Abdon had an 81 mph exit velo and ran a 7.15 60. At the plate, start to the contact with no wasted movement during load, short stride, middle to pull approach. On the infield, clean glove-to-hand exchange, fluid foot work, accurate throws, high-three quarters release, 76 mph infield velo, went 1-for-3 in game action.

11/2/14 - Abdon is a 6-foot, 155-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. At the plate showed an open stance, drops hands in load, level bat path, slight pull approach, 76 mph exit velocity. Ran a 7.46 60-yard dash. In the infield showed soft hands, clean exchanges, loose high three-quarters arm action, 75 mph throwing velocity.

2/21/14 – Abdon is 6-foot, 155-pound 2B/MIF.  At the plate, Abdon starts with an open stance and has a smooth load.  He has a gap-to-gap approach with an exit velo of 78 MPH.  Abdon has a level bat path and has good rhythm during his swing.  He runs a 4.61 home-to-first.  During the defensive evaluations, Abdon showed a clean exchange and good footwork.  He made very accurate throws with a high velo of 75 MPH across the field.
