6/20/17- 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting pitcher. Athletic low mileage arm on mound. Shows arm strength; in last event was 92 mph from outfield. Clean compact arm action with hand speed. Shows ability to throw strikes with 83-86 mph fastball topping out at 88 mph. Slider was above avg. with late 10/4 break. Arm-side run with flat action on changeup. Strong follow into the fall- Rivers shows quality arm, athleticism, and is just beginning to scrape the surface of his potential.

3/20/17- 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. #22 ranked player in MN 2018 class. Lean athletic build with quick twitch actions. Coils over rubber, explodes down mound, good body control, long loose arm action, has extension and finish to plate. Fastball was 84-85 mph with solid arm-side life for strikes. Shows command of 11/5 curveball, thrown with velocity, and has late depth. Late slight cutting action on firm changeup with avg. feel for zone. 7.46 runner. Active load, length to contact with arm bar, leg kick trigger, pull approach, flashes pop to pull-side of field, 87 mph exit velocity. Above avg. athlete in field, long strides and covers ground, confident fielder, works through ball, arm is best tool showing carry and accuracy to target, 92 mph arm strength from outfield.

10/24/16- 6-foot, 160-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.52 runner. Tall stance, body load, high back elbow load, some length to contact, flashes pop in bat to pull side of field, 80 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions in outfield, good footwork, plays through ball, with above avg. accuracy and carry on throws to target, 87 mph arm from outfield. On mound; athletic delivery, long arm action, high ¾ slot, with extension and finish out front. Fastball had late cutting action at 82-83 mph. Breaking ball was above avg. with tight spin and quality 11/5 shape. Avg. action on firm changeup.
