Fastball was consistently 84-85 mph, good command, with late life. Solid rotation on 10/4 curveball with late break for strikes. Flashes solid fade and action on changeup; consistently working bottom of zone. Previously un-ranked; Miller will make jump into MN 2018 rankings.
