Neibauer is a Bowling Green State commit and has projectable 6-foot-3, 195-pound frame. He has an open stance and shows good rhythm. He showed good bat speed with some raw power and the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field. His exit velocity was 87 mph and he ran a 6.77 60-yard dash. On the infield, he shows smooth actions with good rhythm in his feet. He fields the ball out front and had a velocity across the diamond of 82 mph. Behind the plate, he shows good footwork and a low transfer. His pop times were 1.95-1.99 and he had a position velocity of 82 mph to second base.

6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect. Open stance with high hands. Big leg kick. Drove the ball consistently to the middle of the field and the opposite way. Recorded bat exit velocity of 85 mph. Receives well with quick arm action. Athletic build, gets feet moving towards second base. Best pop time was 1.87 with a 78 mph arm from behind the plate. On the infield, sits back and waits for baseball instead of attacking through it. Soft hands and accurate throws.
