Behind the plate receives with one hand, getting out of his crouch quickly showing a strong throwing arm. In the OF uses a calm approach fielding the ball off his left leg, moving into a crow hop throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. At the plate sets up with a wide crouched stance using hand movement. Has a toe tap load moving his hands back has an aggressive swing hitting the ball hard up the middle and to the pull side.

6-foot, 170-pound prospect with athletic frame. Offensively, he is a rotational type hitter. Starts from a wide stance with a small stride. Loads his hands from shoulder level with uphill path to the ball. Obvious quickness in his hands. Good, controlled approached to the ball in the outfield. Plays through the ball maintaining momentum. Uses high 3/4 slot with short arm action. Top velocity of 82 mph on his throws. From behind the plate, he shows quickness in his transfer/exchange. Tendency to throw uphill at times. Plenty of carry to his throws. Pop times typically sitting around 2.00.

6-foot, 170 pound athletic prospect with a wiry frame. Hits from a wide stance with hand movement. Has very fast hands and the ability to barrel the baseball. Registered a 91 mph exit velocity. One of the most athletic players at the event. Using quick feet and a good throwing arm behind the plate he popped a 2.05-2.19. Also fielded at the SS position displaying the ability to make range plays. 82 mph infield velo.

6.21.16 - Currently uncommitted. 6-foot, 170-pound multi-positional athlete, solid build, proportional strength. Primary catcher who can play multiple positions adequately. Athletic feet behind the plate, directional footwork, gets out the chute well, highly accurate thrower, put all throws on bag, pop times ranged between 2.11-2.19, 74 mph out of the crouch. In the infield, shows reliable hands, was clocked at 77 mph. Ran a 6.98 laser-timed 60. Offensively, hits from a balanced setup, simple approach, minimal stride/load, direct path to the baseball, line-drive approach, works gap-to-gap well. Registered 90-mph exit velocity with wood. Was a clear standout in game play. Barreled a 90-mph fastball for a double to left-center field; also singled sharply in first at-bat and squared a ball at the centerfielder. Plays hard and with bounce.

Maher has an athletic 6-foot, 170-pound frame. He stands tall with his hands back and uses a toe turn with his load. He showed a good approach with a good barrel path through the hitting zone. His exit velocity was 88 mph and he ran a 6.72 60-yard dash. Behind the plate, he showed good fundamentals with his footwork and had a smooth, quick transfer. His pop times were 2.04-2.09 and he had an arm strength velocity of 73 mph down to second base. On the infield, he showed good rhythm and fielded the ball close to his body with soft hands. His position velocity on the infield was 78 mph.

6-foot, 160-pound athlete. Maher has an athletic, even stance while stationed up in the box. He has an aggressive swing while showing power to the pull side. He also has the ability to drive the ball gap-to-gap on a line. Recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. Flexible, with a solid base behind the plate. Strong arm recorded a 74 mph velocity, but has choppy footwork. Registered a best pop time of 2.00. On the infield, showed pretty good footwork with a strong arm across the diamond. Ran a 6.90 60-yard dash.

6-foot, 165-pound prospect. Good flexibility behind the plate with soft hands in his receiving ability. Pop time of 2.04-2.22. Clean actions with glove and footwork throwing 73 mph across the infield. Short stride with quick hands in a middle to pull approach at the plate. Bat speed registered at 86 mph.
