At the plate he had an impressive round of BP hitting with a tall stance keeping his feet shoulder width apart. Takes a small stride and hits the ball with authority. Registered one of the top exit velocities on the day. On the mound used a simple motion with a waist high leg lift delivering from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball sat 76-78 mph. Curve has a late bite 63-66 mph and a sinking change up 68-69 mph.
