Solid frame at 5-foot-10, 175-pounds. Compact, quick delivery with tempo. Shorter, quick arm action throwing from a high three quarter slot. Hides ball well. Average leg kick; would like to see more hip load at times to have better balance throughout delivery. Repeats delivery well and fills strike zone. Fastball has slght run on the pitch up to 78 on the day. Two breaking balls: curve ball has bigger 11/5 shape on the pitch up to 67. Slider has more 10/4 shape up to 69 mph. At times pitches blended, but show potential. Nice ability to fill the strike zone.

Mann is right-handed pitcher who features a fastball, breaking ball, slider and changeup. His delivery starts slow before gaining momentum as he begins his descent down the mound. He has a clean arm action with average arm speed and a ¾ release point. His fastball topped out at 82 mph and had fade. His breaking ball showed a 11-5 shape with depth. Command can be added to this pitch if he finishes over his front side better. His slider had late bite with a 10-4 shape. Bottom falls out of his changeup and he threw it out of his fastball slot.

11.5.16 - Solid frame at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds. Did not run. Hits from taller, slgihtly open setup with higher hands. Shorter, level swing path, pull type hitter. Spins slightly, could get better extension through contact. Exit velocity of 75 mph. Active feet in the outfield, short choppy steps. Quick arm action throwing from a high three quarter slot. Outfield velocity of 76 mph...Short quick delivery. Sound, quick arm action with some arm speed throwing from a high three quarter slot. Slight finish toward the first base side. Pitches with some effort and could get more lower half involvement. FB up to 78 mph with later run on the pitch Breaking ball ranged from 66-69 mph with 11/5 action on the pitch with bigger break. Change ranged from 70-73 mph with dive and cuts at times. More in tank.

7.6.16 - Athletic frame at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds. Quick, delivery controlled hips and head. Has loose arm action with some arm speed throwing from a ¾ arm angle. Falls slightly to 1B side but stays pretty square to plate.  Fastball has slight sink to the pitch up to 82 mph. Breaking ball has late 11/5 action on the pitch and change up shows fade and some sink at 73 mph. Interesting arm to follow in the 2018 class.
