9.11.16:  Looper is 5-11 with a strong lower half. He hits from the right side from an athletic stance. Leg kick stride with no load, explosive hips with average balance throughout the swing. Quick bat, short to the ball with good extension through it and some power potential. Exit velocity was 86. Footwork is fine at first base with average hands, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a position velocity of 73. On the mound, throws from a drop and drive delivery with a short, quick arm action and a three-quarters arm slot. Shoulders are closed and slightly uphill, strides to a square landing with a fall off finish. Fastball sat 74-76 with some late run. Change-up was 70-73 with good armspeed and sinking action. Curveball has late 12/6 break, running 65-68 with good armspeed.
