Right-handed pitcher, throws from a lower than ¾ slot. Fastball has run to it, touched 70 mph. The breaking pitch is slurvy and touched 60 mph. The front arm has pull to it and cause him to get stretched out at release as his ball almost comes out the side of his hand at times. Shows a good feel for throwing strikes as well. 1.68 to the plate out of the stretch. As a positional player, threw 70 mph from the outfield, and ran a 8.60 60-yard dash. The tee exit velocity was 72 mph as the hands work free but the bottom half has a great deal going on. Feet need to be calmed down.

Second time seeing Drew, ¾ arm slot with a short arm path on the backside. Pitched 68-70 with good command and a feel for the strike zone. Breaking ball has a nice shape to it at 62 and he locates it in the zone. The changeup is 60 and has the makings of the correct spin. Simple delivery with a lift and go, should be a guy to watch evolve in the next couple years.

Drew showed a clean arm path with a good feel for repeating his delivery. His fastball has some arm side run to it and he topped out at 69. The spin on his breaking pitch dotted up so he is on the right path, spin sat at 57. His change up had good rotation and at 61 he has time to develop. In time, he should stay healthy and follow along nicely with good development .
