8/5/15
Best showing to date, threw the ball extremely well. Fastball had downward action to it, getting to 85. The breaking pitch was outstanding, depth and tilt at 76. He threw it for strikes as well.  the changeup is a split grip and didn't have much action to it at 79. He is 1.0 to the plate out of the slide step. The slot is at ¾ now and his shoulders are closer to parallel to the ground so his pitches have improved immensely. Good looking arm for me.

6/23/15
6-foot-2, 165-pound right hander with a slightly higher than ¾ slot. Fastball has arm-side run to it and was 81-82. Throws a split grip changeup which has good action to it. The breaking ball is 71-73, good shape and spin. The spin is a quality pitch. The delivery is simple, with an easy leg lift and a nice arm swing. Additional weight is needed for him to make a jump in velocity but the frame and arm swing are there.

2/16/15
Talented right-handed pitcher with a slightly higher than ¾ arm slot. Fastball was in the low 80s with some downward angle to it. The breaking ball showed extremely well and had serious depth to it. Changeup is in play as he uses a mid 70s split as his minus pitch. This guy continues to improve so look for another bounce in stuff this coming spring. Repeats an easy delivery and shows good athleticism.

10/25/14
6-foot-1, 160-pound prospect. Devon showed well with the quickness in his arm path. He shows a good feel for his body on the mound, with some deception to the delivery. His fastball has life at 83 but there is certainly more in there as his slot gets a tick too high when he gets up on the elevation. When Devon gets comfortable letting his arm work and keeping his shoulder plane the same he will see a jump in velocity. Devon's breaking pitch is good at 71 and short. His changeup is a split grip at 75. He has a chance to be a very good one.
