Two-way player who showed very well for himself at the event. Behind the plate, he showed a good arm and quick actions behind the dish. Pop time of 1.96 and threw 73 mph from back behind the dish. Stands a bit upright while throwing to second and does not gain any ground, easily tweaked with coaching. Ran a 7.32 60-yard dash. The bat has life to it, tee exit velocity of 86 mph. There is strength in his swing and the bottom half of the setup/swing is under control. The setup is even and he is flat through the zone. Potential at the plate. On the mound, he is raw, throws out of a nice ¾ arm slot. The fastball gets to 79 mph and has run to it. The breaking ball was 69 mph and had the right shape to it. The changeup is 70 mph and a work in progress. Potential all over the field.

Right-handed hittting catcher who stands 5-foot-11, 175-pounds. The pop time is 2.19 and the arm strength is 68. The arm path is short, which will help as he matures. Gaining ground and working on the transfer will help this player as well. I like the swing, showed a good path and the bottom half set up was solid and under control. Tee exit velocity of 77.
