Defensively, plays through the ball with solid footwork, soft hands, high-3/4 release with 78 mph arm strength across the infield, projects best as a 2B at the next level. As a pitcher, uses long arm action through an over the top arm slot, good tempo in delivery, good direction with lower half, fastball is straight at 78-80 mph topping at 82 on one occasion, shows good feel for 66-70 mph curveball with 12/6 action and some depth, throws 70-73 mph changeup with good arm action, changeup is straight but has good deception off the fastball, fills up the strike zone with all three of his pitches.
6/18/14 - 5-foot-11, 153-pound prospect continues to add weight to his frame, gets rid of the ball quickly with short arm action, accurate throws across the infield at 76 mph (78 at previous event).   At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with short stride, stay quiet and is short and quick to the ball with some hand quickness, line drive type hitter with gap-to-gap approach, good use of lower half torque, showed improved speed running 4.46 down the first base line, 80 mph tee exit velocity (83 at previous event), went 1-for-3 in game action with single to left-center and a SAC fly, solid 2B prospect.
8/25/13 - 5-foot-11, 140-pound prospect, frame will continue to fill out, hands and feet work, good body control, continues to show improved arm strength at 78 mph across the infield, made two nice plays in game action.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup, short stride, good use of lower half, line drive production at the plate with the ability to square it up to all fields in his round, went 1-for-4 in game play with hard contact, registered 83 mph tee exit velocity.  On the mound, uses short to medium arm action though an over the top arm slot, repeatable mechanics, fastball sat 73-75 mph touching 77, good command of 62-64 mph curveball with 12/6 action, pounds the strike zone with all pitches.
7/9/13 - 5-foot-10, 140-pound prospect, shows good infield actions, fluid footwork, soft hands, plays through the ball, short arm action, accurate arm at 77 mph across the infield (6 mph increase over winter event).  At the plate, hits from a balanced stance, smooth load, short stride, good lower half torque in swing creates bat speed through the zone, short path to the ball, shows the ability to make hard contact to all fields, consistently squared up the baseball in a solid round, shows some occasional pull pop, ran 7.44 60 yard dash, 83 mph tee exit velocity, showed big gains over January 2013 event.  On the mound, mechanics stay online, uses medium arm action through a high ¾ to over the top arm slot, fastball sat 74-77 mph touching 78, 2-seamer shows some arm side run, showed good command of 63-66 mph curveball, with gradual 12/6 action, has a tendency to slow arm on his changeup which is straight and up in the zone at 68 mph.
1/21/13 - 5-foot-10, 135-pound, young MIF prospect with small build at present, shows soft hands, feet work, quick exchange, plays through the ball, 71 mph arm strength across the field.  At the plate, uses balanced setup, slight arm bar in load, no stride, shows good balance, flat bat path, hit tools will improve with increased strength and physical development ran 5.40 40 yard dash.
