6/29/15 - 6-foot-1, 165-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a leg kick trigger, average balance, slight uphill swing path, took a good round of BP but struggled in game play, went 0-for-4, ran 7.40 60-yard dash. Plays through the ball in the outfield with athletic actions, showed an increase in arm strength from previous event at 73 mph with mostly accurate throws from a long over the top release and clean exchange. As a pitcher, uses long arm action with some wrapping on the backside, works through a high-3/4 arm slot with regular effort, good rhythm in delivery, showed an increase in velocity from last summer, fastball sat 74-76 mph with occasional slight arm-side run, throws a slow curveball at 59-60 mph with gradual 1/7 action, also showed one changeup at 67 mph, gave up one hit, walked two, and struck out two (both swinging on FB) in his two innings of work.

7/23/14 - 5-foot-9, 140-pound prospect ran a 7.89 60 yard dash and registered 77 mph tee exit velocity.  Hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, line drive type hitter, took a good round of batting practice showing the ability to hit to all fields, went 1-for-4 in game play with an infield single and 3 strikeouts.  Defensively, plays through the baseball with a clean exchange, takes good routes to the ball, showed 68 mph arm strength on throws to third base with some accuracy.
On the mound, uses long arm action with some wrapping on the backside, works through a high ¾ arm slot, fastball sat 68-70 mph topping at 71 and is straight, showed the ability to throw strikes with 58-59 mph curveball with gradual 1/7 action, also showed a 63 mph changeup, should continue to get stronger and add additional velocity.
