Shows decent athleticism at third base with average hands, made a big jump in arm strength from a high-3/4 release with accurate throws across the diamond. Allen showed some improvement in overall game at the event.

10/11/15 - 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with minimal stride, drops hands to trigger swing, long level to uphill swing path, average bat speed, 76mph exit velocity, ran a 7.70 60-yard dash, went 1-for-4 in game play with an infield single and two strikeouts. Defensively, show average hands, solid corner actions, good body control on slow roller, shorter ¾ release with average arm strength, 74 mph velocity across the infield. On the mound, 6-foot-2, 175 pound RHP uses long arm action through a ¾ arm slot, regular effort in delivery, fastball sat 71-74 mph with occasional arm-side run, showed a 61 mph curveball with short, lateral action and a 67 mph changeup, throws strikes consistently, allowed two hits with no walks and struck out one (swinging on curveball) in his one inning of work.
