8/17/14 - 6-foot-6, 205-pound right-handed hitter with large frame, posted a 5.13 home to first base time and 84 mph tee exit velocity (87 at previous event).  Hits from a balanced stance, bring front foot back in load with a short stride back to the baseball, long swing path, went 0-for-3 in game play with two strikeouts.  Defensively, showed adequate hands, made all plays, 63 mph arm strength across the infield.  On the mound, regular effort in drop-and-drive type delivery, uses short arm action through high ¾ slot, fastball shows some natural cutting action at 71-74 mph, 62-63 mph curveball showed gradual 1/7 action, throws the curveball for strikes, allowed no hits, walked none, and struck out one in his one inning of work in game play.
2/16/14 - 6-foot-6, 210-pound prospect with lanky build, hands work, 63 mph arm across the infield.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with a short stride, arm bar load creates length in swing, uses frame to generate some bat speed, had a good round of batting practice consistently squaring the baseball with line drive production and a pull approach, ran 7.86 60 yard dash, 87 mph tee exit velocity.
1/19/14 - 6-foot-6, 210-pound prospect with lanky build, hands work, shows decent feet around the big, arm action was stiff at 58 mph on infield throws.  At the plate, hits from an balanced setup with a short stride, arm bar load leads to long swing path, generates some bat speed with big frame, registered 87 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran 5.09 down the first base line.
