11/1/14 - 5-foot-10, 145-pound prospect plays much bigger than his size denotes. Has participated in several PBR events and has continued to climb the ranks and impress.  As a position player, shows athletic outfield actions, plays through the ball well with a clean exchange, throws stay online through a long, over the top arm slot, showed strong and accurate throws with line carry to the bag at 86 mph.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with a short stride, good use of lower half torque in swing, line drive type hitter with good rhythm, shows good speed getting down the line in the 4.41-4.44 range, shows bat speed with 84-86 mph tee exit velocity, went 1-for-4 in game action with a sharp single up the middle, good overall athleticism.  On the mound, uses long arm action through high- 3/4 to over the top arm slot, fastball sat 81-85 mph, good arm side run on two-seam fastball, works bottom of the zone with fastball, curveball sat at 62-65 mph with sharp 12/6 action, slider shows late break at 72-74 mph, near fastball arm action on 72-75 mph changeup with fade, struck out four while giving up only one hit in two innings of work.  A top left-handed pitcher in the 2016 Kentucky class. Arm works cleanly.

6/18/14 - 5-foot-10, 145-pound prospect with average build and room to fill on frame, uses long arm action through a high ¾ to over the top arm slot, easy effort in delivery, works fastball consistently at the bottom of the strike zone, fastball sat 81-84 and touched 85 once, two-seam fastball shows some arm-side run, throws a 62-64 mph curveball with 12/6 action at 62-64 mph, slider sat 72-74 mph with late break, good arm action on 71-73 mph changeup with fade, struck out 3 of the 5 batters he faced, arm works well, one of the top left-handed pitchers in Kentucky’s 2016 class with potential for more velocity.  As a position player, shows athletic outfield actions, plays through the ball well with a clean exchange, throws stay online through over the top slot, showed strong and accurate throws with carry at 86 mph.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with a short stride, good use of lower half torque in swing, line drive type hitter with good rhythm, showed good speed running 4.41 down the first base line, showed present bat speed with 86 mph tee exit velocity, went 1-for-4 in game action with a sharp single to right-center, good overall athleticism.

2/16/14 - 5-foot-9, 140-pound prospect with room for to add on frame, uses long arm action through an over the top arm slot, a bit undersized at present but arm works very well, fastball showed late arm-side run at 80-82 mph, showed better feel for 62-65 mph curveball as his bullpen went along, curveball has 12/6 action with some depth, throws a solid 73-76 mph changeup with run and sink, changeup is thrown with good arm action.  Brown is certainly a lefty to follow with the potential to add more velocity as he fills out his frame.

2/16/14 - 5-foot-9, 140-pound prospect has a smaller build with room to fill out but already plays bigger than his current size.  Shows an athletic arm from the outfield at 85 mph with carry.  At the plate, hits from a wide base with minimal stride, generates good bat speed with a short and compact swing and consistent line drive production, ran 7.09 60 yard dash, 88 mph tee exit velocity, featured in standout OF article from the event.
