10/19/14 - 6-foot, 160-pound prospect, right-handed hitter hits from a tall stance with a long stride, shorter swing path, line drive type hitter with the ability to use all fields, registered 75 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran 7.70 60-yard dash, went 1-for-4 in game play with a single to right field, showed some aggressiveness on the bases.  Defensively, shows soft hands, long exchange, long high-3/4 release, 78 mph arm across the infield with some carry, all throws accurate, should continue to make strides in game with added strength to frame.  On the mound, has a long and lanky frame, works through a ¾ arm slot, arm shows some quickness, good tempo in delivery and stays online, fastball sat 79-81 mph and touched 83 on one occasion, fastball shows good arm-side run, shows good command of 68-70 mph curveball with 11/5 action, throws a 74-77 mph late-breaking slider that is an effective pitch, consistently throws strikes with all pitches, allowed two hits and struck out three in his two innings of work, interesting prospect on the mound who has the potential to see additional velocity gains.
