10/4/14 - 6-foot-1, 183-pound prospect with athletic frame, right-handed hitter uses a balanced stance, short stride, good lower half torque in swing, stays quiet with a solid approach, above average bat speed, 84 mph exit velocity off the tee, impressed in BP with line drives to the gaps and showed power potential, went 2-for-3 in game play with an infield single and double to right field, posted a 4.51 home to first time.  Defensively, showed above average corner actions, good body control, long high-3/4 release, 73 mph arm strength across the infield, high follow in 2017 class.  On the mound, uses longer arm action through a high-3/4 slot, arm shows some quickness, occasionally lands open, consistently throws strikes with a three-pitch mix, fastball sat 74-76 mph touching 77, some slight arm-side run on the fastball, 65 mph curveball flashed some depth with 11/5 action, changeup showed some sinking action at 65 mph, struck out one and allowed no hits in his one inning of work, clean arm action and athletic frame with projection should lead to additional velocity gains.
