5-foot-11, 170-pound LHH hits from a narrow stance, lower half starts forward as hands load back, hands are loose and create some barrel whip through the zone, solid bat speed with line drive contact, went 0-for-2 with a walk in game play. Shows adequate hands and average range at SS, uses a short high-3/4 release to produce accurate throws, arm strength is average and projects better on the right side of the infield, bat is best current tool.

7/23/14 - 5-foot-11, 145-pound prospect ran a 7.32 60-yard dash and registered 78 mph tee exit velocity.  Hits from a balanced setup with a leg kick and medium stride, hands show some quickness, line drive type hitter, went 1-for-4 in game play with a line drive single to left field.  Defensively, showed 73 mph arm strength on throws to third base using short arm action.
On the mound, uses short arm action through ¾ arm slot, fastball is straight at 69-70 mph, curveball varied between gradual 11/5 and 10/4 action at 54-55 mph, young prospect is still developing the curveball, strike thrower who will continue to improve as he physically matures.
