6-foot, 195-pound RHH showed improved measurables across the board from last fall. Hits from a balanced stance with a long stride, gets to front side early on occasion, shows power to the pull side when timing is in sync, keeps the barrel in the zone with a fairly flat bat path, went 0-for-2 in game play. Shows solid corner actions with soft hands, arm is loose from a long high-3/4 and plays well on the left side of the infield. Glenn continues to progress in his overall game.
As a pitcher, uses shorter arm action and works through an over the top slot with some effort in delivery, tends to land open, throws a straight fastball located consistently for strikes, curveball shows gradual 12/6 action, would likely see some velocity gains with keeping front side closed longer, allowed one hit with no walks in his one inning of work.
On the mound, 5-foot-11, 185-pound RHP, uses shorter arm action and works through a high-3/4 slot, tends to open lower half early and land open, some effort in delivery, fastball sat 71-73 mph and is mostly straight, lacked some feel for 62-64 mph curveball with 12/6 action, allowed six singles (three infield singles) and walked two in his two innings of work.
