5-foot-8, 160-pound RHH hits from a wide base with a heel lift to initiate swing, slight hand load, compact swing, average bat speed, line drive contact to the middle of the field, excellent balance through finish. Arm strength and pop times were not quite as good as in the past, footwork and release have room to get quicker, showed improvement in footwork staying online, shows solid receiving ability.

6/16/15 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balances stance with a short stride, has a short swing path with average bat speed, 77 mph exit velocity, line drive type hitter, showed some speed for the catcher position running 4.53 down the line, went 1-for-4 in game play with a line drive single to center field. Defensively, showed improved arm strength and pop times, 71 mph velocity, 2.08-2.14 pop times, solid receiver and blocking ability behind the plate.

2/14/15 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound prospect, right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, minimal load, short swing path, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach, ran a 7.21 60-yard dash, average bat speed, 77 mph exit velocity. Defensively, high set up behind the plate, solid receiver with soft glove hand and good feel for the zone, blocks well with good form and anticipation, good athleticism, showed 68 mph arm strength from the crouch, footwork drifts to the third base side, mostly accurate throws to the bag with 2.15-2.29 pop times.
