6/17/15 - 6-foot-2, 205-pound RHP uses long arm action and works through a high-3/4 arm slot, has some effort in delivery, works quickly, showed similar velocity as in previous events, fastball sat 81-83 mph with some downward tilt, showed a 71-72 mph curveball with some sharpness and 11/5 action, struggled some with command in his outing walking two and striking out one (swinging on CB) in his two innings of work on the mound. As a position player, right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, loads front foot back slightly with a short stride, tended to get foot down late in BP but showed better timing in game play, ha some power potential, 90 mph exit velocity, went 2-for-3 in game play with two singles. Shows soft hands defensively, average footwork around the bag, good arm strength with accurate throws, 82 mph velocity across the infield.
10/4/14 - 6-foot-2, 200-pound prospect, big/physical body, uses long and loose arm action through a ¾ arm slot, up tempo delivery, arm slot produces some arm-side run and sink on fastball, fastball sat 79-81 mph, curveball showed short/late break at 69-72 mph, consistently pounds the strike zone, allowed two hits in two innings of work, sinking fastball produces a lot of ground balls, should be watched closely for potential velocity gains.  As a position player, right-handed hitter, hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, gets lower half involvement in swing, level swing path, ball jumps when squared up, shows some power potential, posted a 5.12 home to first base time, 82 mph exit velocity (87 at previous event), went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to right field.  Defensively, shows soft hands, decent movement around the bag, accurate throws, 79 mph arm strength, 2017 prospect to follow.
7/23/14 - 6-foot-2, 200-pound, physical prospect ran a 7.80 60-yard dash and showed bat speed with 87 mph tee exit velocity.  Hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, good lower half torque, strong frame generates bat speed, show power to the pull side, good round of batting practice consistently squaring up the baseball, went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to left field.  Defensively, has soft hands, good arm strength, 80 mph across the infield.
On the mound, uses long arm action through a ¾ to high ¾ arm slot, arm is loose, lower half stays online, fastball sat 79-82 mph with occasional arm-side run, likes to drop down on 68-69 mph curveball, gets under the curveball at times, throws strikes, young prospect with potential to add more velocity, one to follow in the 2017 class with two-way potential.
