11/1/14 - 6-foot-3, 175-pound prospect with lanky frame, uses long arm action, through high-3/4 arm slot, arm shows quickness, shows occasional loss of command, fastball sat mostly 79-80, touching 82 mph with slight arm side run but has been up to 85 at previous PBR Kentucky events, throws a 66-71 mph curveball with 1/7 action, near fastball arm speed, allowed three hits, and struck out two in his two inning outing, throws consistent strikes and works downhill well when he stays on top. Velocity should improve as he gains strength and better lower half usage.

6/17/14 - 6-foot-3, 175-pound prospect with lanky and projectable frame, arm action is long and loose through a high ¾ arm slot, repeatable delivery, fastball sat 82-84 touching 85, four-seam fastball shows occasional cutting action, two-seam fastball shows some arm-side run, shows good command of 65 mph curveball with 1/7 action and good depth, arm and frame project very well and would expect additional velocity for Hayden, definite 2016 prospect to keep an eye on, currently one of the top left-handed pitching prospects in Kentucky’s 2016 class.  As position player shows soft hands with average footwork around the bag, 79 mph arm across the infield, accurate throws to second base to start double play.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with short stride, limited use of lower half, line drive type hitter, ran 4.41 down the first base line, 85 mph tee exit velocity, went 0-for-5 in game play with a pull approach.
